Warranty & Guarantee

With a 10 year guarantee from the cloth manufacturer against UV degradation and a 2 to 5 year warranty on the entire job, how can you go wrong.

Warranty - Shade Extreme warrants that it will repair or at its option, replace any of the goods that in its opinion are defective due to faulty workmanship for a period of 24 months (light fit out) and 60 months (heavy fit out) from the date of purchase.

We reserve the right to repair an item with a similar item of equal value. This warranty does not cover damage due to neglect, misuse, abuse or accident.

In addition to the benefits conferred in this warranty Shade Extreme warrants to help the purchaser with advice in the event of problems with or damage to any products sold under these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions apply to the sale of all and any goods offered by Shade Extreme.

Variations or cancellations of these conditions shall not be binding unless agreed to by Shade Extreme in writing.

Acceptance - The purchaser agrees to accept these terms and conditions by placing his/her order.

In the case of any other product being temporarily out of stock, Shade Extreme will inform the customer and supply as soon as stock is available.

Orders - All items are sold on a no refund basis.

Payment Terms - All orders require payment 50% deposit before any work is undertaken or performed. Final payment is strictly COD unless otherwise arranged.

All materials and structures remain the property of Shade Extreme until such time as final payment is made. Shade Extreme reserves the right to remove any materials or items not paid for until such payment is made. In proceeding with Shade Extreme our customers grant access to their property for the purposes of removing items owned by Shade Extreme.
